摘要	探讨早期功能锻炼康复操在老年心脏起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例老年心脏起搏器植入术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施常规护理联合早期功能锻炼康复操。比较两组护理前后不良情绪、心功能、生存质量、护理满意度、康复锻炼的认知水平、康复锻炼依从性、肩关节活动功能障碍率。结果实验组不良情绪、心功能、生存质量优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，康复锻炼的认知水平、康复锻炼依从性高于对照组，肩关节活动功能障碍率低于对照组，P ＜0.05。结论老年心脏起搏器植入术患者实施常规护理联合早期功能锻炼康复操效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of early functional exercise and rehabilitation exercises in elderly patients after pacemaker implantation. Method 80 elderly patients who underwent pacemaker implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received routine care combined with early functional exercise and rehabilitation exercises. Compare the negative emotions, heart function, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, cognitive level of rehabilitation exercise, compliance with rehabilitation exercise, and shoulder joint dysfunction rate between the two groups before and after nursing. Result The experimental group had better negative emotions, heart function, and quality of life than the control group, higher nursing satisfaction, higher cognitive level and compliance with rehabilitation exercise than the control group, and lower shoulder joint dysfunction rate than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Routine nursing combined with early functional exercise and rehabilitation exercises are effective for elderly patients undergoing pacemaker implantation.
