| 摘要 |
探析骨科康复护理中的现存问题，同时分析其原因，制定护理干预对策。方法 抽调我院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的120例骨科患者进行分组护理，A组患者为2019年1月-6月的传统护理，B组患者为2019年6月-2020年1月的优化后护理，比较两组患者的满意度。结果 B组患者的总体护理满意度明显高于A组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 相比之下，经过优化处理后的骨科康复护理的应用效果更佳，较之传统护理干预，更适合用于各级医院的骨科康复护理当中，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the existing problems in orthopedic rehabilitation nursing, analyze the causes at the same time, and formulate nursing intervention countermeasures. Methods: 120 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for group care. Patients in group A received traditional care from January to June 2019, and patients in group B were treated from June 2019 to 2020. After 1 month of optimized care, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The overall nursing satisfaction of group B patients was significantly higher than that of group A, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In contrast, the application effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing after optimized treatment is better. Compared with traditional nursing intervention, it is more suitable for orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in hospitals at all levels and is worthy of clinical promotion.
