摘要
分析 WebQuest 模式的 CBL 教学培训体系在甲状腺乳腺外科护理教学的建立与管理实践情况。 方法 抽取 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月我院接收的 60 例实习生作为研究样本,分组方式为数字抽签法,分别为 实验组(30 例,WebQuest 模式的 CBL 教学培训)与参照组(30 例,常规教学培训),比较分析两组实习生的 考核结果(工作责任心、观察病情能力、护理技巧、病历书写)以及实习生的培训满意度。结果 实验组实习生 的考核结果与培训满意度均高于参照组,组间数据差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在甲状腺乳腺外科护理 教学的护理培训中应用 WebQuest 模式的 CBL 教学培训体系可提升实习生综合能力,应用价值显著,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the establishment and management practice of WebQuest model CBL teaching and training system in thyroid and breast surgery nursing teaching. Method Sixty interns received by our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research samples, divided into experimental group (30 cases, CBL teaching training in WebQuest mode) and reference group (30 cases, regular teaching training) by digital lottery method. The two groups of interns were compared and analyzed in terms of their assessment results (responsibility of work, ability to observe diseases, nursing skills, writing medical records) and training satisfaction. Results The test results and training satisfaction of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the data difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WebQuest mode CBL teaching training system in the nursing training of thyroid and breast surgery nursing teaching can improve the comprehensive ability of interns, and the application value is significant, worthy of promotion.
