优质护理干预在卵巢肿瘤患者护理中的应用

摘要	研究优质护理干预在卵巢肿瘤患者护理中的具体应用方法采用我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 4 月收治的 71 例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组 36 例，对照组 35 例，对照组患者采用常规的护理干预方式，研究组患者实施优质护理干预，对比两组患者护理有的生活质量评分，对两组患者不良情绪进行评分对比。结果研究组患者实施优质护理后，患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，研究组的不良情绪评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对卵巢肿瘤患者实施优质护理干预在护理中具有良好的应用价值，有效提高患者生活质量，减少患者的不良情绪，利于病情康复及治疗，值得临床广泛应用推广。
Abstract	Objective Objective: To study the specific application of high-quality nursing intervention in the care of ovarian tumor patients. A total of 71 ovarian tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group of 36 cases and a control group of 35 cases. The control group patients used conventional nursing intervention methods, and the study group patients implemented high-quality nursing intervention. The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared, Compare the scores of adverse emotions between two groups of patients. After implementing high-quality care, the quality of life score of the study group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the negative emotions score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing high-quality nursing interventions for ovarian tumor patients has good practical value in nursing, effectively improving their quality of life, reducing their negative emotions, and promoting their recovery and treatment. It is worthy of widespread clinical application and promotion.
