Objective To explore the effect of painless management and nursing mode on perioperative patient nursing intervention in gastrointestinal surgery patients. Methods For 80 patients with gastrointestinal surgery and patients treated from May 2022 to March 2023, the average group can be conducted by 1:1. The control group is routine nursing and pain relief method, the observation group is painless management and nursing mode, and then the treatment results are compared. Results According to the data, the first ambulation time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay time were all shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the pain score of the observation group was lower than the control group, with significant (P <0.05). Finally, in the case of postoperative complication rate, the observation group was 5.0% lower than 20.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Using the painless management and nursing mode is helpful to improve the perioperative situation of patients, accelerate the early recovery of patients, and relieve the postoperative pain of patients, and the overall effect is good, which is worth promoting.
