摘要
随着经济的不断发展和城市化的进程,高层建筑的需求也越来越大。而高层建筑大多采用钢结构,其焊接工艺要求高、工作环境复杂,传统的人工焊接效率低且存在安全隐患。因此,智能化焊接机器人在高层钢结构施工中的应用显得尤为重要。本文将介绍高层钢结构构件焊接的特点和要求,探讨智能化焊接机器人在钢结构中的重要性,并对钢结构智能化焊接机器人未来的发展方向进行展望。
Abstract
With the continuous development of economy and the process of urbanization, the demand for high-rise buildings is also increasing. High-rise buildings mostly use steel structure, its welding process requirements are high, the working environment is complex, the traditional manual welding efficiency is low and there are safety risks. Therefore, the application of intelligent welding robot in the construction of high-rise steel structure is particularly important. This paper will introduce the characteristics and requirements of welding of high-rise steel structure components, discuss the importance of intelligent welding robot in steel structure, and prospect the future development direction of intelligent welding robot in steel structure.
