探讨护理敏感指标在护理质量管理中的应用

摘要	就医院护理质量敏感指标在护理质量管理的应用效果进行评估，讨论科学的护理方案。方法将2021年10月至2022点10月本院收治的120例患者作为此次研究对象，按时间先后分为60例/组的对照组、观察组。对照组为常规护理管理，观察组为应用护理质量敏感指标管理模式，对比管理成果。结果从数据可见，观察组的护理期间意外事件发生率低于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，患者在护理满意度的评分上高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，对比两组护理服务质量，可见观察组评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论针对住院患者的护理管理结合护理质量敏感指标能够防止意外事件发生，提升护理服务专业水平和患者满意度，具备一定推广、应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the application effect of sensitive index of hospital nursing quality in nursing quality management and discuss the scientific nursing program. Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as subjects of this study and divided into control group and observation group of 60 patients/groups according to time. The control group was the routine nursing management while the observation group was the application of nursing quality sensitive index management mode, and the management results were compared. Results According to the data, the incidence of accidents during nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, the nursing satisfaction score of patients was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Finally, comparing the quality of nursing service between the two groups, it can be seen that the score of the observation group is higher than that of the control group, and the difference is significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing management for inpatients combined with sensitive indexes of nursing quality can prevent the occurrence of accidents, improve the professional level of nursing services and patient satisfaction, and have a certain popularization and application value.
