摘要	探究分析基层医院心内科住院患者常见用药问题及对策。方法选取于2021年11月至2022年11月，我院心内科收治的住院患者共100例，作为本次研究对象。其中2021年11月至2022年5月的25例患者作为本次研究的对照组；2022年6月至2022年11月的100例患者为本次研究的观察组。对照组采用常规管理模式进行干预；观察组采用针对性管理模式进行干预。对比两组的用药不合理情况；以及患者满意度。结果观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对心内科住院患者以及相关医护人员，采用针对性管理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的满意度，同时能够显著改善用药不合理情况，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the common medication problems and countermeasures in cardiology department of primary hospitals. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 25 patients from November 2021 to May 2022 were included as the control group of this study; 100 patients from June 2022 to November 2022 were in the observation group of this study. The control group adopts conventional management mode; the observation group adopted targeted management mode. Compare the irrationality of drug use of the two groups and patient satisfaction. Results The observation group was better than the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion The intervention of targeted management mode for inpatients and related medical staff of cardiology department can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and significantly improve the unreasonable drug use, which is worthy of promotion and application.
