层级护理及针对性护理对小儿消化不良治疗依从性及生活质量影响

摘要	就层级护理及针对性护理对小儿消化不良患者的临床效果予以观察分析，进一步提升治疗依从性和生活质量。方法将2021年1月至2021年12月收入本院中的210例小儿消化不良患者作为此次研究对象，开展双盲对比。按护理措施的不同均分为105例/组。对照组为常规护理，观察组为层级护理及针对性护理，对比治疗成果。结果从数据可见，观察组患儿护理依从性为95.24%，高于对照组的84.76%，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在生活质量指标对比中，观察组患者优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在对比患儿症状消退时间中，观察组患儿用时均短于对照组，可见康复效率更高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论针对小儿消化不良患者，为其实施层级护理及针对性护理的有效性良好，小儿易于接受，依从性高，且有助于生活水平的提升，故而具备一定推广、应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of hierarchical nursing and targeted nursing on pediatric patients with dyspepsia, so as to further improve treatment compliance and quality of life. Methods 210 children with dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the objects of this study, and double-blind comparison was carried out. According to the different nursing measures, they were divided into 105 cases / group. The control group was routine nursing, the observation group was hierarchical nursing and targeted nursing, and the treatment results were compared. Results According to the data, the nursing compliance in the observation group was 95.24%, higher than that in the control group (84.76%), with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the comparison of quality of life index, observation group was better than control group and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Finally, in the comparison of symptom remission time, the observation group was shorter than the control group, indicating higher recovery efficiency, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion For children with dyspepsia, the effectiveness of the implementation of level care and targeted care is good, children are easy to accept, high compliance, and contribute to the improvement of living standards, so it has a certain promotion and application value.
