Objective To explore the application of Internet + medical combination in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics. Methods With the support of 5G network technology, this study integrated critical care medicine, anesthesiology, pediatrics, related departments and medical departments according to the national five-color hierarchical management system so as to establish a layered management system with two-way feedback information covering multiple aspects such as pre-pregnancy examination, perinatal health, maternal first aid and self-management. Results Compared with before the implementation of the Internet + medical consortium management, the management quality of the member hospitals of the medical consortium was significantly improved, and the excellent and good rate of specialty management and satisfaction scores were increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the establishment of the Internet + medical association, a service information construction system suitable for obstetrics can be constructed, the in-depth development of the Internet and the medical industry can be promoted, and the information between doctors and patients can be equal, which has a certain role in promoting the trust society.
