Objective To analyze the application value of the hierarchical management model in the health management center. Methods The subjects of this study were 20 health management center workers, all of whom adopted hierarchical management mode. The comprehensive effect before and after management was compared. The study was conducted between January 2022 and December 2022. Results After management, the satisfaction of the staff was significantly higher than that before management. After management, the staffs knowledge, dialogue ability, adaptability, nursing management ability and safety protection ability were significantly higher than those before management. The incidence of risk events, potential hazards and nurse-patient disputes decreased significantly after management compared with before management. The above indexes were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing management of health management, the application value of the hierarchical management model is higher, which can improve the comprehensive management ability of staff, significantly control the occurrence of nursery-patient disputes, and provide high-quality services for patients.
