随着时代的发展，我们进入了知识信息时代，人力资源是知识信息时代的发展动力，同时，高校是培养高端人才的主要场所，因此，高校人力资源的开发与管理显得尤为重要，为了进一步推动高校人力资源的培养，促进社会的发展，本文将探索全新的高校人力资源开发与管理机制，以此促进高校不断进步创新，推动社会发展。

| Abstract |
With the development of the times, we have entered the era of knowledge and information. Human resources are the driving force for the development of the era of knowledge and information. At the same time, colleges and universities are the main places to train high-end talents. Therefore, the development and management of human resources in colleges and universities is particularly important.
