Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuyuan Tongluo capsules in patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis. Methods From January 2021 to July 2022, 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria and used alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the acute phase were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 75 cases each. The control group used conventional medical therapy (stabilizing vascular plaque, edaravone brain protection, 24-hour plus antiplatelets), and the treatment group added Fuyuan Tongluo capsules (0.6g, PO, TID) on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated with 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment, and the statistical efficacy was calculated after 1 course of treatment. Results The degree of neurological deficit score (NIHSS) was significantly improved before and after treatment between the two groups, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The number of good mRs before and after treatment increased significantly, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); There was no difference between the two groups in HIHSS score and proportion of good mRs (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no difference in the number of abnormal cases of liver and kidney function and blood routine in the treatment group (P>0.05). In terms of tongue image abnormality, weakness, poor appetite, and odor symptoms in the mouth, there was a difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the acute stage of cerebral infarction in the treatment of cerebral infarction has good clinical efficacy, without obvious adverse drug damage, and can improve non-specific symptoms such as abnormal tongue image, weakness, poor appetite, and bad taste in the mouth, which is worth promoting.
