| 摘要 |
对急性疼痛为首发症状的湿热蕴结型泌尿系结石患者采取中医护理的应用效果进行分析。方法 在临床中，提升泌尿系结石患者护理效果是非常重要的研究课题，因此为了对这一课题进行分析，开展对照实验，对照实验的主要项目为中医护理干预的应用效果，对所纳入患者分组后分别采取不同的护理方式以提升研究的准确性，观察患者护理后的最终效果，并进行统计和对比。结果 经比较发现，观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组，组间差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论 在以急性疼痛为首发症状的湿热蕴结型泌尿系统结石患者护理期间，采取中医护理可以有效改善患者护理质量，效果显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with acute pain as the first symptom of damp-heat accumulation type urinary calculus. Methods In clinical practice, it is a very important research topic to improve the nursing effect of patients with urinary calculi. Therefore, in order to analyze this topic, a controlled experiment was carried out. The main project of the controlled experiment was the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, and different nursing methods were adopted to improve the accuracy of the study after grouping the patients. And make statistics and comparison. Results After comparison, the nursing effect of observation group was significantly better than control group, and the difference between groups was large (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the nursing of patients with acute pain as the first symptom, TCM nursing can effectively improve the quality of patient care, and the effect is significant.
