摘要	分析预见性护理对手部烧伤行整形植皮患儿术后疼痛的影响。方法现随机选取2021年3月-2022年10月期间，就诊于我院烧伤科的120例手部烧伤且需要行整形植皮患儿作为本次研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组均包括60例患儿。对照组患儿在治疗过程中采取常规手部烧伤行整形植皮护理方案，观察组则接受手部烧伤行整形植皮手术的预见性护理，对两组患儿的术后疼痛程度、护理满意率进行对比和分析。结果观察组患儿的疼痛量表评分明显优于对照组，两组数据对比具备统计学价值（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意率和对照组相比较高（P＜0.05）。结论预见性护理对手部烧伤行整形植皮患儿术后疼痛有着明显缓解效果，对于术后减轻疼痛，恢复各项生命体征有着积极影响，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative pain of children with hand burns undergoing plastic skin grafting. Methods We randomly selected 120 children with hand burns who need plastic skin grafting from March 2021 to March 2022, and divided them into observation group and control group according to random number method. Each group included 60 children. During the treatment, the children in the control group received the routine nursing plan of plastic skin grafting for hand burns, while the observation group received the predictive nursing care of plastic skin grafting for hand burns. The postoperative pain degree and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The pain scale score of children in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05); The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing has a significant effect on relieving postoperative pain in children with hand burns undergoing plastic skin grafting, and has a positive effect on relieving postoperative pain and recovering various vital signs, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
