Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with burn plastic acellular allogenic dermis transplantation. Methods The patients who visited the burns department of our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. A total of 66 patients were included in the group. All patients were treated with acellular allogenic dermis transplantation. They were divided into the observation group (33 cases) and the control group (33 cases) according to the random number method. The patients in the control group were treated according to the standard nursing plan of the burns department, while the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention plan. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The survival rate of skin grafts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the incidence of severe scar hyperplasia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scar scores of all dimensions (flexibility, skin color, thickness and vascular distribution) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the patients with burn plastic acellular allogenic dermis transplantation can effectively improve the survival rate of skin graft, reduce the degree of scar hyperplasia, and promote the recovery of scar. The clinical application effect is good, and is worthy of application and promotion.
