优质护理在男性不育症中的应用

摘要	研究优质护理对于男性不育症患者的临床作用。方法随机抽取2020年12月-2021年12月期间在我院进行治疗的150例男性不育症患者作为研究调查对象，平均分为两组，对照组75例男性不育症患者选用传统护理模式，实验组75例接受优质护理。比较两组男性不育症患者的生活质量、以及护理满意度、情绪等评分情况。结果实验组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组，组间数据存在差异具有临床统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组，数据之间对比存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。对照组患者的不良情绪比较高（P＜0.05）。结论男性不育症患者实施优质护理能够促进男性不育症患者的机体功能恢复，同时有助于提高患者的护理满意度和心理状态，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of quality nursing on male infertility patients. Methods 150 cases of male infertility patients treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups on average, 75 cases of male infertility patients in the control group chose traditional nursing mode, and 75 cases in the experimental group received high-quality nursing. The quality of life, nursing satisfaction and emotional scores of the two groups of male infertility patients were compared. Results The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was clinically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the data (P < 0.05). The negative emotion of control group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for male infertility patients can promote the recovery of body function, and help to improve the patients nursing satisfaction and psychological state, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
