Abstract
Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in the minimally invasive treatment of senile spinal osteolysis fracture. Methods 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures of the spine admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine basic nursing, and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. Compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (p<0.05). The VAS, SAS, SDS and JOA scores of patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group after nursing (p<0.05). The nursing quality of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Through the analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in the minimally invasive treatment of elderly patients with vertebral osteoporotic fracture, it can play a positive role in improving the mental health of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting.
