摘要
探讨分层管理应用于消毒供应室护理管理的影响。方法 选取我院消毒供应室任职护理人员分为两组，常规护理组10人落实常规护理，分层护理组10人在常规护理的基础上开展分层护理，对比不同护理方式的效果。结果 经过不同护理模式，分层护理组工作质量高于常规护理组，（P＜0.05）；分层护理组护理满意度90.00%高于常规护理组70.00%，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过分层管理应用于消毒供应室护理管理的影响进行分析，确切是一种有效方法且安全可靠，在临床上值得广泛应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stratified management on nursing management in disinfection supply room. Methods Nursing staff in disinfection supply room of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups: routine nursing group (10 persons) carried out routine nursing, stratified nursing group (10 persons) carried out stratified nursing on the basis of routine nursing, and the effect of different nursing methods was compared. Results After different nursing modes, the work quality of stratified nursing group was higher than that of conventional nursing group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of stratified nursing group was 90.00%, higher than that of conventional nursing group 70.00% (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is an effective and safe method to analyze the effect of stratified management on nursing management of disinfection supply room, and it is worth to be widely used in clinic.
