摘要	观察在对经桡动脉入路行脑血管介入治疗患者护理时开展手术配合与护理的作用。方法结合对比护理观察的方式开展探究，选择2021年3月至2022年5月在本院进行经桡动脉入路行脑血管介入手术治疗患者86例，随机划分对照组（43例，开展常规护理）和观察组（43例，进行综合性手术配合与护理）。分析护理效果。结果对比两组并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。对比手术时间、住院时间以及护理满意度，观察组均具备优势，P<0.05。结论经桡动脉入路行脑血管介入治疗患者在手术期间接受综合性手术配合与护理，可以降低术后并发症发生率，缩短手术时间以及住院时间，增加患者对临床护理工作满意度。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of operation cooperation and nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing cerebrovascular interventional therapy via radial artery. Methods The research was carried out in combination with the way of comparative nursing observation. 86 patients who underwent cerebrovascular interventional surgery via radial artery in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (43 cases, carrying out routine nursing) and the observation group (43 cases, carrying out comprehensive operation cooperation and nursing). Analyze the nursing effect. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the operation time, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction, the observation group had advantages (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients receiving comprehensive operation cooperation and nursing during the operation can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the operation time and hospital stay, and increase the patients satisfaction with clinical nursing.
