摘要	研究甲状腺癌手术患者应用围手术期心理护理后对患者不良情绪的影响作用。方法选择的60例研究对象2018年7月-2020年7月期间我院收治的甲状腺癌手术患者，随机分组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心理护理，比较两组患者护理满意度；术后下床时间、术后进食时间、术后住院时间；并发症发生率；焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分；生活质量评分。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组；观察组术后下床时间、术后进食时间、术后住院时间少于对照组；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组；观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分低于对照组；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论甲状腺癌手术患者在围手术期采用心理护理，可改善患者负面情绪、生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on adverse mood in patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing. Compare the two groups’ nursing satisfaction; postoperative time of getting out of bed, postoperative time of eating, postoperative hospital stay; complication rate; anxiety score, depression score, pain score, sleep quality score; quality of life score. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group; The time of getting out of bed, eating time and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The anxiety scores, depression scores, pain scores and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing during perioperative period of thyroid cancer patients can improve negative emotions and quality of life of patients, and it is worth promoting.
