Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive care in perioperative period. Methods The time range of the study is in April 2021-December 2022, a total of 60 patients with placenta previa, all accept cesarean section treatment, in perioperative care for patients, control group of 30 patients combined with routine care, test group of 30 patients receive comprehensive care, compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The operation time of the patients in the test group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding amount and 24h after bleeding were significantly less than that of the control group, and the hospital stay time was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups of data is obvious and the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. The data of the two groups were significantly different, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing in patients of dangerous placenta previa cesarean section is better, and it has the value of clinical application and promotion.
