心理护理在剖宫产产妇产后出血中的价值评价

摘要	分析心理护理在剖宫产产妇产后出血中的价值。方法选取我院收治的 84 例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（42 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（42 例，使用心理护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果两组产妇在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用心理护理后，其产后出血情况、心理状态评分、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在剖宫产产妇护理过程中，采用心理护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低其产后出血量，缓解其负面情绪，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section women. Method 84 cesarean section postpartum women admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group (42 cases, using routine care) and an observation group (42 cases, using psychological care) according to the random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of postpartum women achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group showed better postpartum bleeding, psychological state scores, and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group after receiving psychological care, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can achieve better results in the nursing process of cesarean section women, effectively reducing postpartum bleeding, alleviating negative emotions, and improving nursing satisfaction.
