Objective To explore the effect and influence of emergency emergency nursing intervention on the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received emergency treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the control group, and 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received emergency treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the experimental group. The medical records of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. The control group applied routine nursing process, and the experimental group implemented high-quality emergency care. After intervention, the time index, clinical index and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The response time, first aid time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the levels of HR, SBP, DBP and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality emergency nursing can maintain the life indication of patients to the maximum extent, buy more treatment time for them, improve the success rate of rescue and promote the recovery of patients.
