摘要
本文深入性分析人文沟通策略在皮肤整形美容外科护理中的临床效果,并调查护理后情绪改 善情况以及患者满意度。方法 在 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月于我院美容皮肤科就诊的患者择 100 例入组展开研究, 同时患者以护理方式的不同分两组,研究组护理方式注重人文沟通策略(50 例)、参照组采用临床常规护理(50 例),鉴于两组护理方式不同,记录患者情绪变化、不良反应等临床相关数据,调查患者满意度后行组间对比, 以此对研究方向的有效性予以判定。结果 从统计的结果体现出,研究组总满意率与参照组对比明显显高;不良 反应方面,研究组总发生率明显偏低于参照组;患者情绪(SAS、SDS)各项评分护理后研究组数据偏低,参照 组评分数据相对较高;两组护理后各项数据组间对比体现明显差异性,并且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。护 理前所统计评分(SAS、SDS)无差异意义(P>0.05)。结论 人文沟通策略应用于皮肤整形美容外科就诊患者 护理中的临床效果达到预期目标,患者不良反应较少,同时不良情绪得到缓解,治疗舒适度及患者病情、疗效均 有提高,应用效果满意,具有推广价值。
Abstract
Objective This paper deeply analyzed the clinical effect of humanistic communication strategy in skin plastic surgery care, and investigated the improvement of mood and patient satisfaction after nursing. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 100 patients treated in cosmetic dermatology department of our hospital were selected to be enrolled in the study. At the same time, patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The research group paid attention to humanistic communication strategies in nursing methods (50 cases), while the reference group adopted clinical routine nursing (50 cases). Patients mood changes, adverse reactions and other clinical data were recorded, and patients satisfaction was investigated and compared between groups, so as to determine the effectiveness of the research direction. Results The statistical results showed that the total satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. In terms of adverse reactions, the total incidence of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group. The score of patients emotions (SAS, SDS) after nursing was lower in the study group, but higher in the reference group. The comparison between the two groups of nursing data showed significant differences, and the study group was better than the reference group (P<0.05). There was no difference in statistical scores (SAS and SDS) before nursing (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of humanistic communication strategy applied in the nursing of patients with skin plastic surgery has reached the expected goal, with fewer adverse reactions, relief of adverse emotions, improvement of treatment comfort, patient condition and efficacy, and satisfactory application effect, which has the value of popularization.

该研究将人文沟通策略运用于皮肤整形美容外科护理中,观察临床效果并调查护理后情绪改善情况以及患者满意度,结果发现可减少治疗不良反应,同时缓解不良情绪,提高治疗舒适度及患者满意度。因此,本研究进一步证实人文沟通策略在整形美容领域的重要作用。 本研究局限性在于样本均来自同一家三甲医院,样本量相对较小(100例),这在一定程度上限制了研究结果的外推性。未来需要进行多中心、大样本的研究来进一步验证。对于结论中“患者病情、疗效均有提高”的论断,文中提供的数据并无支撑。
