摘要	探究分析助产士产前门诊联合心理护理在胎膜早破孕产妇中的效果。方法选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月，我院收治的胎膜早破孕产妇共 102 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 102 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用助产士产前门诊联合心理护理模式进行干预。对比两组的心理状态；分娩方式；孕产妇不良结局。结果观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对胎膜早破孕产妇采用助产士产前门诊联合心理护理模式进行干预，能够改善孕产妇的心理状态；分娩方式；孕产妇不良结局；值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the effect of midwifes antenatal clinic combined with psychological nursing in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 102 pregnant women with PROM admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. 102 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group based on the number of admission sequence of patients. The control group received routine nursing intervention; The observation group was intervened by the mode of midwife outpatient combined with psychological nursing. Compare the psychological state of the two groups; Delivery mode; Adverse outcomes of pregnant and lying-in women. Results The observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological state of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes can be improved by the intervention of midwifes antenatal outpatient combined with psychological nursing mode; Delivery mode; Adverse outcomes of pregnant and lying-in women; It is worth popularizing and applying.
