Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of high-quality operating room nursing cooperation in rescuing patients with abdominal trauma and massive bleeding. Method 46 patients with abdominal trauma and massive bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 23 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing cooperation, while the observation group received high-quality operating room nursing cooperation. The recovery time of body temperature, recovery time, probability of developing disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), and mortality rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of body temperature recovery time, recovery time, DIC incidence and mortality rate, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality operating room nursing cooperation can accelerate the recovery and recovery of patients body temperature, improve the quality of rescue, and reduce the DIC rate and mortality rate, with significant positive significance.
