objective This paper aims to explore the effect of targeted systematic nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with ptosis surgery, and aims at the psychological and emotional score of patients, appearance satisfaction, eyelid aesthetic effect, quality of life, etc., as the data support of the overall nursing effectiveness. Methods 54 patients who underwent ptosis surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were collected and determined to meet the inclusion criteria, and a subgroup study was carried out. The data of each group recorded during the study period of the two groups were compared between groups, and the data were tested and analyzed with the help of statistical tools. Results After two nursing programs for patients with ptosis surgery who participated in this study, it was concluded that the psychological emotions of patients in the experimental group were effectively relieved during the nursing period, and their scores were lower than those of the conventional group. The appearance satisfaction, eyelid aesthetic effect and quality of life of the postoperative group were all better than those of the conventional group, and the P values of the two groups were all < 0.05, which was in line with statistical significance. Conclusion For patients undergoing ptosis surgery, targeted systematic nursing program is undoubtedly the best intervention means in clinical nursing work, and patients have unanimously recognized their satisfaction with their own appearance. This nursing program can essentially improve the prognosis of patients and has good application value, so it is recommended to vigorously promote and apply.
