探索家庭协同护理对腹膜透析患者抑郁的影响

摘要	明确家庭协同护理对腹膜透析患者抑郁的影响。方法病例来源于 2021.6-2022.6 我院 50 例腹膜透析患者，数字随机均分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者在出院后接受常规随访，观察组患者在出院后接受家庭协同护理，比较两种护理方式对患者抑郁情绪的影响。结果 SDS 评分分析，护理干预前，两组数值比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05），护理后，两组数值均有降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异存在统计学价值（P＜0.05）。结论针对腹膜透析患者，家庭协同护理模式更有助于减轻患者的抑郁情绪，保证患者情绪状态良好，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of family coordinated nursing on depression in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Fifty patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from 2021.6 to 2022.6 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine follow-up after discharge, and patients in the observation group received coordinated family nursing after discharge. The effects of the two nursing methods on patients depression were compared. Results By SDS score analysis, there was no statistical difference between the two groups before nursing intervention (P>0.05), and after nursing, the values of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For peritoneal dialysis patients, family collaborative nursing mode is more helpful to alleviate patients depression and ensure patients good emotional state, which is worth promoting.
