优质护理服务结合快速康复护理在创伤骨科中的护理效果分析

摘要	评价优质护理服务结合快速康复护理在创伤骨科中的效果。方法选择 2021 年 2 月到 2022 年 2 月的创伤骨科患者 198 例，通过抽签法的形式分成实验组（99 例：优质护理服务结合快速康复护理）与对照组（99 例：优质护理服务），分析住院时间、下床活动时间、功能恢复评分、护理前后焦虑抑郁分数。结果对照组的住院和下床活动时间高于实验组，P＜0.05，护理前焦虑抑郁评分对比没有差异，P＞0.05，护理后实验组低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论创伤骨科护理的过程中采用优质护理服务结合快速康复护理，不仅能够加快患者的康复速度，还能改善心理状态，具有推广的价值。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of high-quality nursing services combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing in trauma orthopedics. Method 198 orthopedic trauma patients from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group (99 cases: high-quality nursing service combined with rapid recovery nursing) and a control group (99 cases: high-quality nursing service) through a lottery method. The hospital stay, time of getting out of bed activity, functional recovery score, and anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were analyzed. Result The hospitalization and bedridden activity time of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group, P<0.05. There was no difference in anxiety and depression scores before nursing, P>0.05. After nursing, the experimental group was lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing services combined with rapid rehabilitation care in the process of orthopedic trauma care can not only accelerate the recovery speed of patients, but also improve their psychological state, which has promotional value.
