Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service activities in the nursing of emergency wards. Method The subjects of this study were 84 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to December 2022, all of whom were hospitalized in the emergency department. In the study, the above patients were divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the control group need to use routine clinical care for intervention, while patients in the observation group use high-quality care for intervention. Compare the intervention effectiveness and value of two nursing methods based on the patients relevant nursing scores and nursing satisfaction. Result In the comparison of nursing outcomes between groups, the observation group scored higher on nursing disinfection and isolation, health education, and ward management, with a difference of (P<0.05). The comparison of the number of patients in the observation group who were satisfied, basically satisfied, and dissatisfied with nursing showed that the observation group performed better, with a difference of (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention with high-quality care for patients in the emergency department ward can achieve a dual goal of improving nursing quality and satisfaction.
