摘要
探究分析沟通技巧在中医健康干预护理中的应用;方法 选择我院实施沟通技巧质量改进前后 的在本院进行治疗护理的 52 例患者,择取 2021 年 12 月前,未实施沟通技巧管理的 26 例患者为对照组,择取 2021 年 12 月后实施沟通技巧的 26 例患者为观察组,对比两组患者的沟通满意度和对比两组患者的 PoMS 沟通 心境量表。结果 观察组在沟通满意度和敌意、困惑等心境量表上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结 论 在中医健康干预护理中运用沟通技巧,可降低患者的敌意和排斥心理,拉进护患距离,显著提高患者满意度, 利于护理依存的同时减少纠纷,积极意义明显,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of analytical communication skills in traditional Chinese medicine health intervention nursing; Method 52 patients who received treatment and nursing care in our hospital before and after the implementation of communication skill quality improvement were selected. 26 patients who did not implement communication skill management before December 2021 were selected as the control group, and 26 patients who implemented communication skills after December 2021 were selected as the observation group. The communication satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the PoMS Communication Mood Scale of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The observation group outperformed the control group in terms of communication satisfaction, hostility, confusion, and other mood scales, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of communication skills in traditional Chinese medicine health intervention nursing can reduce patients hostility and rejection psychology, widen the distance between nurses and patients, significantly improve patient satisfaction, facilitate nursing dependence, and reduce disputes. The positive significance is significant and worth promoting.
