摘要	探讨5-脂氧合酶激活蛋白（5-lipoxygenase activating protein，ALOX5AP）基因rs9579646多态性与中国人群缺血性脑卒中(Ischemic stroke,IS)的相关性。方法全面检索中国知网( CNKI) 、万方数据库、维普、PubMed、Web of Science的相关文献，收集关于ALOX5AP基因rs9579646多态性与IS发生相关性的病例－对照研究，采用优势比（OR）和 95%可信区间（95%CI）评估关联强度，应用ＲevMan 5.3软件对纳入的研究进行异质性检验以及效应值OR合并，用漏斗图评估发表性偏倚。结果最终纳入6篇文献，研究对象均为中国人，其中包括病例组3457例，对照组3498例。Meta分析结果显示，在总人群中，ALOX5AP基因rs9679646多态性与IS发生风险在杂合比较模型（AG vs. AA）中存在相关性[OR=5.25，95%CI（4.33-6.38），P<0.00001]。结论 ALOX5AP基因rs9579646多态性可能与中国人IS的发生存在相关性。
Abstract	Objective: To investigate the association of the rs9579646 polymorphism of the 5-lipoxygenase-activated protein (5-lipoxygenase activating protein,ALOX5AP) gene and the ischemic stroke (Ischemic stroke,IS) in the Chinese population. Methods Fully retrieved the literature on CNKI), Wanfang database, Wip and PubMed, Web of Science, collected case-control studies on correlation between ALOX5AP gene rs9579646 polymorphism and IS, evaluated association strength using advantage ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI), conducted heterogeneity test of the included studies and OR merger, and evaluate publication bias with funnel maps. Results 6 studies were Chinese, including 3457 cases and 3498 in the control group. The results of Meta analysis showed the correlation between ALOX5AP gene rs9679646 polymorphism and IS occurrence risk in the heterozygous comparison model (AG vs. AA) (OR=5.25,95%CI(4.33-6.38), P <0.00001]. Conclusion The ALOX5AP gene rs9579646 polymorphism may be associated with the occurrence of IS in China.
