| 摘要 |
探究分析以社会综合支持为基础的护理干预对社区高血压患者的影响。方法 选取于2020年1月至2021年12月，我院接受的高血压患者共102例，作为本次研究对象。采用电脑盲选的方式，将102例高血压患者随机分为对照组（常规护理）以及观察组（以社会综合支持为基础的护理）。对比两组的血压指标；心理适应情况；以及遵医行为。结果 观察优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对高血压患者采用以社会综合支持为基础的护理模式进行干预，能够显著改善患者的遵医行为、血压指标；以及心理适应情况，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of nursing intervention based on comprehensive social support on community hypertension patients. Methods A total of 102 hypertensive patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. By using computer blind selection, 102 hypertensive patients were randomized into control group (usual care) and observation group (care based on comprehensive social support). Compare the blood pressure measures of the two groups; psychological adjustment; and medical compliance behavior. Results The observation is better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The intervention based on comprehensive social support can significantly improve the compliance behavior, blood pressure index and psychological adaptation, which has excellent effect in practical application process and application. It is worth promoting and applying.
