护理管理在预防与控制医院感染中的作用分析

摘要	在预防与控制医院感染中，分析护理管理作用。方法选取我院2021年11月～2022年11月收治88例住院患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（44例，综合护理管理）与对照组（44例，常规护理管理），比较2组护理管理效果、护理满意度、感染发生率。结果 ①护理管理效果：2组消毒隔离管理评分、洗手管理评分、药物管理评分、专科操作管理评分对比，t值=15.118、11.055、17.743、12.343，观察组均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。②护理满意度：2组护理满意度比较，值=6.439，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。③感染发生率：观察组呼吸系统感染发生率、泌尿系统感染发生率、切口感染发生率、皮肤感染发生率、胃肠道感染发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对住院患者实行综合护理管理，能有效提高消毒隔离管理评分、洗手管理评分、药物管理评分、专科操作管理评分及护理满意度，降低呼吸系统感染发生率、泌尿系统感染发生率、切口感染发生率、皮肤感染发生率、胃肠道感染发生率，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of nursing management in the prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods 88 inpatients in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group (44 cases, comprehensive nursing management) and the control group (44 cases, routine nursing management) according to the method of random number table. The nursing management effect, nursing satisfaction and infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results ① Effect of nursing management: The scores of disinfection and isolation management, hand washing management, drug management and specialized operation management in the two groups were compared. The t-values of the two groups were 15.118, 11.055, 17.743 and 12.343, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ② Nursing satisfaction: The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared, with a value of 6.439. The observation group was higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ③ Incidence rate of infection: The incidence rate of respiratory system infection, urinary system infection, incision infection, skin infection and gastrointestinal tract infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management for inpatients can effectively improve the score of disinfection and isolation management, the score of hand washing management, the score of drug management, the score of specialized operation management and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of respiratory system infection, urinary system infection, wound infection, skin infection, gastrointestinal tract infection, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
