健脾补肾益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果观察

摘要	分析健脾补肾益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果。方法选择我院治疗的 68 例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（34 例，常规西医治疗）和观察组（34 例行补脾益肾汤治疗）。对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析。结果两组患者治疗后均取得了一定效果，但观察组在采用健脾补肾益气汤加减治疗后，其临床指标、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性肾炎患者治疗过程中，采用健脾补肾益气汤加减治疗可有效改善其肾功能，提升其生活质量，降低不良反应风险。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Yiqi decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Method 68 patients with chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases, treated with conventional Western medicine) and an observation group (34 cases, treated with modified Jianpi Bushen Yiqi Tang). Analyze the treatment effects of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving treatment, but the observation group showed better clinical indicators, quality of life scores, and incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group after receiving modified Jianpi Bushen Yiqi Tang treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment process of chronic nephritis patients, the use of modified Jianpi Bushen Yiqi Tang can effectively improve their renal function, improve their quality of life, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
