AIMS This paper aims to explore the effect of psychological nursing in the clinical nursing work of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients, and supports the data effectiveness of patients emotions, postoperative rehabilitation effect, quality of life, complications and patients satisfaction with their nursing services. Methods 92 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma admitted to the ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were collected. After meeting the inclusion criteria, a group study was conducted, and the data recorded during the two groups were compared between groups, and the data were tested and analyzed with the help of statistical tools. Results According to two nursing schemes of acute angle closure glaucoma patients participating in this study, the adverse mood score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the three data included in the postoperative quality of life score were better than that of the control group. The P value of both groups was <0.05, which met the statistical significance. The nursing plan of the research group has certain advantages, and compared with the control group plan, it has the promotion value. Conclusion For patients with acute angle closure glaucoma, in the clinical nursing work with psychological nursing scheme is undoubtedly the best intervention, whether in reducing the risk of complications, alleviate patients on bad mood, intraocular pressure, the improvement of quality of life have played a key role in intervention, and clinical overall nursing satisfaction improvement, the nursing plan can essentially improve the prognosis of patients, the application value is good, the promotion and application.
