Objective To analyze the application effect of intensified pain nursing in postoperative care of clinical lung cancer patients undergoing surgery. Method 78 lung cancer surgical patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (39 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (39 cases, receiving intensive pain care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking effective nursing measures, but the observation group received enhanced pain care, and their postoperative pain levels, psychological state scores, and incidence of postoperative complications at different time points were better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening pain care in postoperative care for lung cancer patients can effectively alleviate their postoperative pain, improve their psychological state, and reduce the risk of complications.
