| 摘要 |
就业是民生之本，稳定大学生就业成为重要的民生课题。本文探讨宏观经济以及新冠肺炎疫情等对中国大学生就业压力的心理影响，基于对300位在校大学生的调研数据分析了大学生就业压力的心理现状、就业压力带来的影响以及面对就业压力大学生选择的应对方式。同时，本文剖析了在高校大学生管理中进行大学生就业压力心理疏导，促进大学生心理健康教育的有效途径，进而提出减轻或缓解大学生就业心理压力的建议。

| Abstract |
Employment is the foundation of peoples livelihood, and stabilizing the employment of college students has become an important livelihood issue. This paper explores the macroeconomics and COVID-19s influence on the employment pressure of Chinese college students. Based on the survey data of 300 Chinese college students,this paper analyzes the psychological status of college students’ employment pressure, the impact of employment pressure, and the choice of college students in the face of employment pressure. At the same time, this paper studies the effective ways to dredge the employment pressure of college students in the management of college students and promote the mental health education of college students, and then puts forward some suggestions to reduce or alleviate the employment psychological pressure of college students.
