集束化护理在血透室护理敏感指标控制中的应用价值

摘要	分析探讨在血透室的护理敏感指标的控制中使用集束化护理的价值和作用。方法选择我院的 80 例患者为研究对象，进行常规护理和集束化护理的对比研究，所有患者均从来我院进行血液透析治疗的患者中筛选而出。对患者使用常规护理的为本次研究的对照组，对患者使用集束化护理的为本次研究的研究组。比较两组患者护理后的敏感指标发生情况和满意度、护理质量评分。结果研究组患者护理后敏感指标发生情况和满意度、护理质量评分优于对照组，均（P<0.05）。结论使用集束化护理在血透室护理敏感指标的控制中，能减少敏感控制发生的情况，提高护理的质量和患者对护理的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and explore the value and role of using cluster nursing in the control of nursing sensitive indicators in hemodialysis rooms. Method 80 patients from our hospital were selected as the research subjects for a comparative study of routine care and cluster care. All patients were selected from patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in our hospital. The control group of this study used routine care for patients, and the study group used cluster care for patients. Compare the occurrence of sensitive indicators, satisfaction, and nursing quality scores between two groups of patients after nursing care. The results showed that the occurrence and satisfaction of sensitive indicators, as well as nursing quality scores, in the study group were better than those in the control group after nursing, both of which were (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of cluster nursing in the control of sensitive indicators in hemodialysis room nursing can reduce the occurrence of sensitive control, improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction with nursing.
