摘要
探讨早期营养护理对颅脑外伤昏迷病人的影响。方法 选取 2021 年 6 月至 2022 年 12 月在我 院接收治疗的颅脑外伤昏迷患者 120 例,采用随机抽取法分成观察组(60 例)和对照组(60 例),对照组采用 肠外营养支持,观察组采用早期肠内营养支持,比较两组患者的营养指标、免疫功能和并发症发生情况。结果 两 组患者在护理后营养指标水平和免疫功能均上升,且观察组高于对照组,(P<0.05)。在总并发症发生率上,观 察组患者低于观察组,(P<0.05)。结论 对颅脑外伤昏迷的患者进行早期肠内营养护理,可以有效地增强患者 免疫功能,改善患者的营养指标,并且并发症相对较少。
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of early nutritional care on coma patients with traumatic brain injury. Method 120 coma patients with traumatic brain injury who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group (60 cases) and a control group (60 cases). The control group received parenteral nutrition support, while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support. The nutritional indicators, immune function, and complications of the two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that the nutritional index levels and immune function of both groups of patients increased after nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). In terms of the overall incidence of complications, the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition care for coma patients with traumatic brain injury can effectively enhance their immune function, improve their nutritional indicators, and have relatively fewer complications.
