摘要	本文分析了大学生人才培养在科教融合方面存在的问题，针对问题，创新性提出“以创新团队为平台提升大学生科研创新能力”，详细描述了创新团队的具体实施方法，全面提升大学生的创新能力，实现以本为本、科教协同育人的最终目标。
Abstract	This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of science and education in the cultivation of college students. In response to the problems, it innovatively proposes "improving the scientific research and innovation ability of college students by taking the innovation team as the platform", describes the specific implementation methods of the innovation team in detail, comprehensively improves the innovation ability of college students, and realizes the ultimate goal of taking the science and education as the foundation.
