不同护理方案对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的影响

摘要	探析不同护理方案对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的影响。方法 2022 年 2 月~2023 年 2 月，在我院就诊的脑梗死患者中选 166 例，分组时遵循随机原则，对照组 83 例行常规干预，观察组 83 例开展综合康复护理，分子组间预后。结果将干预，观察组Ⅰ级较对照组高，Ⅴ级吞咽功能较对照组低，FAM 评分、ADL 评分均较对照组优，负性情绪分值较对照组低，生活质量较对照组高，吸入性肺炎、营养不良几率较对照组低（P<0.05）。结论脑梗死患者接受综合康复护理，疗效确切，可借鉴。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of different nursing schemes on swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, 166 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. 83 patients in the control group received routine intervention, 83 patients in the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, and the prognosis between the molecular groups. Results The intervention showed that the observation group had higher grade I than the control group, lower grade V swallowing function than the control group, better FAM score and ADL score than the control group, lower negative emotional score than the control group, higher quality of life than the control group, lower incidence of aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction is effective and can be used for reference.
