摘要	分析干预慢阻肺伴心力衰竭患者期间，予以家庭护理对生活质量改善效果探究。方法选取 2022 年 4 月～2023 年 4 月间，我院诊治慢阻肺伴心衰患者 50 例，以计算机表法分组，每组 25 例，研究组家庭护理，对照组基础护理，分析患者生活质量、情绪评分、满意度等。结果据统计，研究组患者生活质量改善效果比较对照组生活质量更高。研究组患者情绪评分比较对照组情绪评分较低。研究组护理服务满意度（100.00%）比较对照组护理满意度（80.00%）更高，组间开展比较分析差异性显著，（P＜0.05）。结论干预慢阻肺伴心衰患者期间，予以家庭护理，能够提高护理质量，缓解患者不良情绪滋生，提高生活质量等，值得临床广泛使用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of family nursing on improving the quality of life during the intervention of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart failure.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023, 50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with heart failure in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by computer table method, with 25 patients in each group. The study group received home care and the control group received basic care, and their quality of life, emotional score and satisfaction were analyzed.Results According to statistics, the quality of life of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group. The emotional score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group. The satisfaction degree of nursing service in the study group (100.00%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion During the intervention of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart failure, family nursing can improve the quality of nursing, alleviate the breeding of patients bad emotions, improve the quality of life, etc., and it is worth being widely used in clinic.
