Objective To analyze and explore the application of one-stop nursing mode in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy for the first time. Method 96 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy examination in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 patients in each group according to the order of their visit time. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received one-stop care. The compliance behavior and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The patients in the observation group showed significantly better compliance behavior than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of pain scores between the two groups of patients, the observation group was also better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The one-stop nursing model can improve patients nursing dependence, facilitate gastroscopy examination, and reduce adverse reactions. It has significant medical significance and is worth applying.
