Objective To observe the impact value of clustering interventions on coagulation indicators in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) complicated with pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE), and to provide theoretical and practical basis for related research. Methods The experiment runs between May 2020 and May 2023, All selected samples were patients with PTE of lower extremity DVT treated at our hospital, A total of 108 cases, All patients were balanced into two groups using a "balanced sequential method", The groups were named as the experimental group and the study group, Among them, 54 patients in the experimental group had routine nursing intervention; Another 54 patients underwent cluster care intervention, And to collect and organize the relevant data, By comparison by using statistical methods, The comparison covers: the change of hemagglutination index, the occurrence of complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction within 3 days after nursing. Results After different nursing interventions, normal PLT level; D-D and Fbg decreased significantly (P value <0.05); PT and aPTT significantly extended P value less than 0.05; the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were both superior experimental group, with significant differences and high clinical comparison value. Conclusion After applying different interventions measures for the two groups of patients, the excellence of the cluster care program is fully reflected, which not only effectively improves the coagulation function of patients, but also effectively reduces the incidence of complications, and significantly improves the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients. Its clinical application value and influence significance are great, which is worthy of reference.
