Objective To observe the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing free flap transplantation in plastic surgery. Method 88 patients with plastic surgery free flap transplantation admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (44 cases, accelerated rehabilitation surgical care) and a control group (44 cases, routine care) using a number table method. The surgical stress level, psychological state, satisfaction, and complications of the two groups were compared. Result The cortisol levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 hour and 24 hours after surgery (P<0.05). There was no difference in the scores of anxiety and depression before nursing between the two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of flap hematoma, wound infection, and flap necrosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgical care for patients undergoing free flap transplantation in plastic surgery can improve the degree of surgical stress, regulate their psychological state, increase satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It can be applied.
