This article aims to explore the nursing progress of nasobiliary duct fixation. Firstly, the background of nasobiliary duct fixation was introduced, and its importance in clinical practice was clarified. Subsequently, the nursing measures for fixing the nasobiliary duct were elaborated in detail, including the purpose, principles, and specific steps, providing practical operational guidance for nurses. In addition, the article also summarizes common problems and solutions in the care of nasobiliary duct fixation, such as detachment, blockage, and skin damage, providing coping strategies for nursing staff to cope with difficult situations. In the nursing precautions section, the importance of regular observation and recording, dietary and activity guidance, skin care and cleaning, as well as psychological support and patient education was emphasized. Finally, this article looks forward to the future development direction of nasobiliary duct fixation nursing. Through the elaboration of this article, we hope to provide comprehensive knowledge of nasobiliary duct fixation nursing for nursing staff and improve the quality of patient care.
