医养结合养老模式下老年护理人才培养方案的分析

摘要	探究分析医养结合养老模式下老年护理人才培养方案的效果。方法：选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月接受老年护理人才培养的人员共 102 例，作为本次研究对象。采用电脑盲选的方式，将其随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规培训，观察组采用医养结合养老模式培训。对比两组的核心能力以及护理能力。结果：观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：对接受老年护理人才培养的人员采用医养结合养老模式培训，能够有效提升其核心能力以及护理能力，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of the elderly nursing talent training program under the model of integrating medical care and elderly care. Method A total of 102 individuals who received training in elderly nursing talents from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a computer blind selection method. The control group received routine training, while the observation group received training in a combination of medical care and elderly care model. Compare the core competencies and nursing abilities of the two groups. Result The observation group was superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Adopting a combination of medical care and elderly care training model for personnel receiving training in elderly care talents can effectively enhance their core and nursing abilities, and is worth promoting and applying.
