摘要	评估系统化健康宣教干预对于老年糖尿病患者护理的效果。方法选择我院于 2022.01-2023.01， 1 年内收治的 80 例，将所有患者随机分配，分为对照组（40 例，提供标准护理和常规医疗照顾）和观察组（40 例，实施系统化健康宣教干预措施）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果观察组的患者满意度、服务质量评分均明显高于对照组，观察组的康复情况优于对照组。结论采用系统化健康宣教干预，护理人员可以在护理过程中提供更全面、个体化的支持和指导，帮助患者有效管理疾病，改善生活质量，并减少并发症的发生。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic health education intervention on nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes. Method 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly assigned to a control group (40 cases, providing standard and routine medical care) and an observation group (40 cases, implementing systematic health education interventions). Collect and analyze the effectiveness of two groups of patients after nursing completion. Result The patient satisfaction and service quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the rehabilitation situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion By adopting systematic health education interventions, nursing staff can provide more comprehensive and personalized support and guidance during the nursing process, helping patients effectively manage diseases, improve quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
